Antique Japanese Ichimatsu Gofun/Composition Doll

Description

The doll is approximately 14.5”-15”. Looks like the body is made from straw covered with paper/newspaper. The doll appears to have some repairs and paint touch up. The pictures show all the details and are important part of the description. The lower legs of the doll are very unusual and look like are made from plaster or bisque. They are very nicely painted.
The doll is wearing newer clothes that include pantaloons and nice outfit. No stand is included.
