    Description

    Up for sale here is a (1965 - 1972), "4" series Eaton Positraction unit carrier.
    Also ca
    st into the carrier are "EDB30174" and a date "J13" = September 13th.
    All of the original OE factory machined surfaces are in very good condition too.
    The benefit of buying a disassembled posi unit is you're able to see all surfaces.
    All the surfaces including the ring gear surface, internal shim surfaces, and even
    the spider gear shaft hole are in great shape. The threads for the bolt are excellent.
    All of the NOS GM parts that are still in their original factory packaging are included.
    These New Old Stock Parts were purchased in the late 1970s at a Chevrolet Dealer.
