    Description

    This adorable Japanese wood kokeshi doll is from the late 1970's, and she measures 7" tall and 8.25" in circumference around the middle.  She's wearing a red Haori coat over her kimono.  The coat is decorated with white daisy flowers with yellow centers and green leaves.  Her kimono front has a pretty temari ball made of red, white and green colors, which match her obi that also has the same colors in a lovely pattern.   She's wearing a very large flower decoration in her top knot, along with a huge red kanzashi next to the top knot.  Her facial features are so cute with the largest eyes, framed by her hair.  There are no markings on the bottom.  Please see flaws below.
    This Japanese wood kokeshi doll is good vintage condition - hard to find many flaws other than some worn varnish and a ding on her hair - and she would make a great addition to your growing collection.  White areas are camera glare.
    Please remember that this is a vintage piece that may have minor imperfections, such as dust/dirt/dings/scratches/scuffs/age spots.
