PERFECT Vintage Cambridge "WILDFLOWER" Etched Mayo & Spoon!!

Description

Up for sale is a rarely seen vintage crystal depression glass mayo bowl and spoon in the “Wildflower” etched pattern by Cambridge Glass!  Cambridge made their Wildflower etch during the 1940s, and it’s one of their extremely popular patterns.  It’s relatively delicate, and it’s getting harder and harder to find pieces that are in good condition, but this mayonnaise bowl is immaculate!  There are no chips, cracks, flakes, fleabites, nicks or roughness anywhere, and the glass is nice and shiny bright with no stains, oxidation, or utensil scratches.  It stands 4¼ inches high, and it’s beautifully rounded.  It measures 4 inches in diameter across the middle.  It stands on a footed base with a short but fancy stem.  The crystal mayo spoon is also immaculate – it measures 5½ inches long, and the dipper is 1¾ inches from side to side.  The spoon rests on a polished ground bottom.  The Wildflower etched pattern can be seen photographed in Gene Florence’s “Elegant Glassware of the Depression Era”.  The buyer will pay shipping.  Shipping will be combined for the winner of more than one item whenever practical.  Shipping is normally within 24 hours after receipt of PayPal payment (if other payment options are desired, please don’t hesitate to inquire).
